Email preventifyapp@gmail.com and we will get back to you, usually within one business day. You can also use Profile, then Send feedback, inside the app.
2. Subscriptions
- A Preventify subscription is $4.99 a month or $49.99 a year, sold through the App Store. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial.
- Cancel any time on your iPhone in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before a trial or billing period ends to avoid the next charge.
- Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
- New phone or reinstalled the app? Sign in with the same account, then tap Restore purchases on the subscription screen or in Profile.
- Have an offer code? Tap Redeem a code on the subscription screen or in Profile.
3. Your account
- Forgot your password: on the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and follow the link in the email.
- Delete your account: in the app, open Profile and choose Delete Account (it is also on the subscription screen). Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
- Preventify is for athletes aged 13 and older.
4. Exercise videos
- If a video shows a still picture with a play button, tap it. iPhones in Low Power Mode don't start videos on their own.
- If a video doesn't load, tap Reload next to Exercise Demo.
5. Safety
Preventify is not medical advice. Stop any exercise that causes pain and see a healthcare professional. If you have an injury or a medical condition, check with a professional before you start.
